WELCOME
WE ARE MILLOH!
ALL ABOUT THE FLAVOR!
Milloh! wasn’t planned. It was found.
After spending time in Argentina, Ale and Elmer came back with something they couldn’t ignore. It wasn’t just the food. It was the way everything felt—closer, more real, like it actually came from somewhere.
Back home, that feeling wasn’t easy to find.
So they went after it. Not with a full restaurant or a big setup, just with an idea that deserved to exist the right way. With the help of a creative direction shaping that vision, Milloh! started to take form.
It began in Reisterstown, at a farmers market in front of Franklin Middle School. No big explanations, just flavors people didn’t fully recognize yet. Choripanes, chimichurri, picanha. Some people got it right away. Others came back until they did.
From the beginning, certain things never changed. The chori stayed. The chimichurri became the core. Alfajores found their place. Later, burgers arrived—but they followed the idea, not the other way around.
What started small didn’t stay that way.
Now Milloh! moves. Different places, new people, same essence.
Because at the end of it all, this was never just about food.
It’s about flavor that actually means something.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
